Waitlist email. If you request early access, we process the work email address you submit, the time of submission, and basic request metadata used to reject obvious abuse (for example an IP address kept briefly for rate limiting).

No account. There is no login, no profile, and no other form on this site.

We use the address only to confirm your request and to write once when early access opens. That is the purpose you saw on the form. We do not sell the list, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Legal basis under Swiss revDSG: processing for the purpose you requested (early-access notification). For visitors in the EU/EEA, the corresponding GDPR bases are consent and/or steps prior to a contract at your request — counsel should confirm the exact mapping before launch.

Resend (Resend, Inc.) sends the confirmation email and, when configured, forwards the address to our team inbox. Resend processes the address as our email delivery provider. Their infrastructure may involve transfers outside Switzerland; we rely on the contractual and transfer safeguards Resend documents for customers.

Cloudflare hosts this site on Cloudflare Workers and provides cookieless Web Analytics (page views). When configured, Workers Analytics Engine records a single waitlist-completion event with no cookies. Analytics are configured without a consent banner because they do not use tracking cookies.

This site does not set marketing or tracking cookies. Analytics are cookieless. There is therefore no cookie-consent banner. If that changes later, this notice and the banner policy will change with it.

Waitlist addresses are kept until we have sent the early-access note, or until you ask us to remove them — whichever comes first. Rate-limit metadata is ephemeral and not used as a contact list.

Under Swiss revDSG you may request access, correction, deletion, and information about our processing. EU/EEA visitors additionally have GDPR rights (including objection and complaint to a supervisory authority) where that law applies.
